His expertise spans catchment planning, hydrological modelling, water-sensitive design, urban redevelopment, and large-scale land development projects.
As Principal Environmental Engineer, Zeb provides technical leadership across CKL’s stormwater and environmental projects, helping clients navigate complex challenges while delivering practical, sustainable outcomes. He has played key roles on major developments including the R2 Growth Cell in Hamilton and Kingston Village in Queenstown.
Zeb believes that successful developments start by putting water first. By understanding stormwater and flood risks early, he helps project teams design with natural water systems rather than trying to engineer around them later. His collaborative approach brings together planners, urban designers, engineers, and clients to create practical, integrated solutions that balance environmental, community, and commercial objectives.
As an Associate, Zeb is also involved in shaping CKL’s strategic direction, contributing to initiatives that strengthen the business, support clients, and advance industry best practice.
Zeb enjoys the collaborative culture at CKL, where he can work alongside talented people to deliver projects that make a lasting positive impact on communities and the environment.
