Judith has over 25 years’ experience with a range of public and private sector developments and is adept at identifying how people move to and through their environment, setting the scene for land development projects to accommodate pedestrian and vehicular access.

She has a strong technical background and significant expertise preparing Integrated Transportation Assessments, Travel Plans and feasibility studies for developments as well as developing transport masterplans. Judith is an experienced project manager, leading a range of projects with multidisciplinary engineering inputs, placing a strong focus on client risk and project commerciality.
As well as being a qualified Independent Hearings Commissioner, Judith is an active member of Women in Property, has served on Property Council New Zealand Waikato Executive Committee, and has served two terms as Engineering NZ Waikato Branch Chair. She also currently represents Engineering New Zealand on the Hamilton City Urban Design Panel.
