Jonathan Gwyn

With over 18 years’ experience, Jonathan is a key part of the business development team at CKL, liaising with current and potential clients on leading land development projects in the Waikato. With extensive experience in all facets of cadastral surveying, he frequently assists others in overcoming project challenges. He has also acted as an expert witness in matters relating to the Waitangi Tribunal Hearings for the Taihape: Rangitikei ki Rangipo Inquiry.

With a focus on delivering innovative solutions as development density increases, Jonathan works with clients from the private sector, construction companies and land developers on duplexes, unit titles, the redevelopment of blocks of flats, intensive residential developments and greenfields developments. In addition to clients, he has fostered strong ongoing relationships with organisations including WEL Networks, First Gas and Genesis Energy.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Otago. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and taking part in outdoor pursuits including fishing and generally hitting the water or snow, mountain biking and football.
