The site has significant features such as steep terrain to the east and complex stormwater management issues including a central raingarden.
The Halls Farm has been in development for 5 years and represents a very successful greenfield residential development.
The early stages have sold out with houses built and communities formed. Earthworks have recently been completed on Stage 2 with roading and civil works now fully underway as part of the Stage 2 subdivision release which will see 88 residential lots available to the market shortly. Planning for the final stage (Stage 4) is in progress, which will see the completion of the Halls Farm subdivision.
