The T11 growth cell is a 35 hectare development on Te Awamutu’s eastern boundary that is earmarked for 400 plus residential sections.

The development will feature stormwater management ponds, reserves, cycle lanes and a neighbourhood centre. It will provide a unique community where people can enjoy the best that Te Awamutu has to offer.

CKL have been involved with the T11 development from the very early stages and have worked collaboratively with the project managers and architects. Our surveyors were the first to be on the ground and provided detailed topographic information that was subsequently used by our civil, stormwater and transportation engineers to design the landform, three waters management and roading network.

Our resource management planners have provided advice regarding plan change 13 and have more recently submitted subdivision and land use consent applications with Waipa District Council and land disturbance and stormwater discharge consents with Waikato Regional Council for Stage 1.

The next phase will involve contract administration and management for the construction of Stage 1.
