Last Thursday, the CKL Tauranga team was out in full force, attending two fantastic networking events to stay connected with local development and infrastructure progress.
Property Council Event:
Ryan and Joe joined a site tour of Tauranga City Council’s future office block at 90 Devonport Road. This eight-storey, mass timber building will set a new standard for sustainable construction in New Zealand, with features like rainwater harvesting, EV charging stations, and end-of-trip facilities for active commuters. It's an inspiring development, embodying Council’s commitment to a low carbon, resilient future.
TCC Meet & Greet:
Meanwhile, John, Bronwyn, and Daniel attended the Tauranga City Council meet and greet, where key infrastructure projects in the region were discussed. The new Mayor also gave a quick presentation. It was a great opportunity to connect and learn more about the exciting plans on the horizon for our community.
A big thank you to everyone involved in both events for sharing your insights and helping us stay at the forefront of Tauranga's growth and development.
