Earlier this month CKL’s senior leadership team headed out to La Valla Estate in Tuakau for a strategy workshop. It was a great opportunity to pause and take stock of both where we’ve been, and where we’d like to go next as a business.
We covered a raft of topics including a high-level strategic overview, our sales and marketing plan, building resilience as a business and wellbeing, and included a few team building challenges for good measure.
As you can see, some were certainly a good test for our senior leaders!
