CKL are proud to work with CORT Community Housing (Community of Refuge Trust) on this residential housing project in Henderson.
CORT is a registered community and affordable housing organisation providing homes for people on very low incomes in Auckland, and has been offering community housing for more than 30 years.
Resource consent has been obtained non-notified for 12 one-bedroom apartment units across two buildings in the THAB zone on Pomaria Road, with CKL providing the full gambit of planning, surveying, civil engineering, environmental engineering and transportation services. Miles Construction are due to commence construction in the near future.
