Great to see Raglan/Whāingaroa successfully welcoming thousands of visitors for the World Surf League Championships, with Waikato District Mayor Aksel Bech praising the event’s traffic management approach and transport operation.
Behind major events like this is a huge amount of planning, coordination and collaboration to help ensure competitors, spectators, local communities and infrastructure can all work together smoothly.
