CKL is proud to support the Te Awamutu Golf Club with a private plan change to help rezone part of the course for much-needed residential development, and address safety concerns on Golf Road.
With growth continuing in the Waipā district, this project could create new housing opportunities while preserving a thriving community asset. We're excited to help shape the future of Te Awamutu!
