CKL was happy to sponsor the recent Property Council NZ Waikato Market Outlook – Winter Edition at The Verandah, Hamilton Lake. There was a great turnout with around 70 professionals from across the property sector gathered to find out where the market might be going next.
Speakers at the event mentioned that the housing market, which can tell us a lot about the overall market, seems to have hit its lowest point and is starting to improve. While challenges may continue, especially during election years, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
