CKL’s transportation planning team in Hamilton have worked on a range of projects with Stark Property.

Down in Hamilton East, Stark Property is busy transforming the old Hills Laboratory building on Clyde Street from the first photo to Hills Apartments - a mixed live/work development offering stylish apartment living on the river alongside townhouses and commercial units.

CKL has worked alongside Boffa Miskell Limited and Edwards White Architects Ltd, providing traffic and transportation engineering input to the project as well as technical reporting for the resource consent process.

The transformation of Hamilton’s CBD continues with Tuapapa, a new office and accommodation development on the corner of Ward Street and Tristram Street.

This Stark Property project complements their recent revamp of the Kmart site into the new Waikato Regional Council Offices and brings more ‘A’ Grade office space to the CBD.

Designed by Edwards White, and with the resource consent process being led by Boffa Miskell Limited, CKL continued the established working relationship with this great team and provided traffic and transportation engineering input to the project, using our expertise to help create a highly accessible employment hub.

Continuing Stark Property’s run of high-quality developments in Hamilton’s city centre, Turongo will provide a new Hamilton headquarters for New Zealand Blood Service.

Located on the corner of London and Anglesea Streets, it is another stunning design from Edwards White, supported by Feathers Planning through the resource consenting process. CKL again provided traffic and transportation engineering input to the project, working closely with the wider to team to develop a new basement car park and technical inputs to the resource consent application.

MADE of Hamilton East is the latest exciting development by Stark Property, supported by CKL for Transportation Engineering, Feathers Planning and Edwards White Architects Ltd.

This innovative reworking of the old Waikato Regional Council offices will see a precinct of retail, food, workshop and co-working office spaces being developed to add to the unique nature of the existing Hamilton East Centre. It will provide an inspiring platform for community and resident businesses to grow together. We can’t wait to see it happen!
