Mark Gilberd

 
 

Mark, a second-generation surveyor, is based in CKL’s Hamilton office.

Having been immersed in the surveying profession all his life, Mark has extensive surveying experience. Combined with a sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991 and several District Plans, Mark is able to use this insight to the advantage of our Waikato based clients.

Mark is able to apply his knowledge of council requirements and the latest processes to ensure all aspects of client projects are comprehensively assessed and addressed in order to achieve timely and efficient project completion.

Mark is renown as being ‘hands on’ and is actively involved in managing unit title development projects for many of our Waikato clients.

He also oversees many subdivision and land development projects, directing and developing team members whilst adding value to the projects with his expertise and knowledge.
