Introduction
CKL is a planning, surveying and engineering consultancy delivering quality land development and infrastructure projects for over 20 years. Though officially incorporated in its present form in 1988, CKL is the culmination of previous partnerships which date back to the early 1900’s.CKL now offers services from three North Island locations, including Hamilton, Auckland and Te Awamutu and numbers over 55 employees. We are proud to remain one of the few 100% locally owned land development firms of our size.

Although CKL has traditionally pushed toward a progressive approach in terms of technology and quality systems, the company’s approach to business is conservative and client focused.
We work toward building long term relationships with our clients and providing maximum value to their developments.
Each project brings its own set of unique challenges and constraints – and our success can only be measured by the ongoing success of our clients.
CKL is passionate about retaining 100% New Zealand ownership and has plans for further expansion, in both geographic areas and service offerings.
